Mr. Vanyo graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, and is licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Vanyo’s work includes intellectual property protection and registration, intellectual property licensing, and drafting/negotiation of contracts in music, film, literature, social media, and sports. He is a registered and certified player agent with the National Football League Player’s Association. In that capacity, he represents and advices footbally players, as well as other professional athletes in a variety of sports in their contracts, endorsements, as well as NIL rights (Name, Image, and Likeness).
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Vanyo attended Loyola University Maryland, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the Local Music Director for WLOY Loyola Radio.
In his spare time, Mr. Vanyo enjoys playing the drum set in his “law school pick up band” called the Mailbox Rule. Stephen in his musical career has opened for a wide variety of musicians such as Blue Lou Marini who is the saxophonist for the Blues Brothers, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and T-Pain. While the drummer for his band Skinny Dip (Endless Bummer Records) he acted as the band’s booking agent and manager booking several tours in the Northeast United States.
